Attention:..., I am seeking you as a partner, that is willing to help in actualise this project. I am Roberto Fillipe, a solicitor and investment consultant based in Italy. I was attending a business luncheon in Egypt, Northern Africa where i was introduced to the renowned businessman,(Late Mr.Mesbahi Waziri). He engaged my services as attorney and investment consultant and my primary assignment was to spearhead his investment in Italy. Eight months later I invited him to Italy and under my professional guidance and my advice he made an investment covering the sum of ? 3,500,000,00 million (Euros) at a financial firm based in Italy on a very lucrative interest. This deposit was for 7 years and upon maturity. I made effort to contact any member of his family. I have travelled to Somalia ,Ethiopia,Uganda,Kenya and Egypt several times to secure informations regarding members of his family, since my client had met a tragic end on February 05 2001. My client Mesbahi Waziri, his wife Fatima and there only child Rahman all perished in the South Korea plane crash near Busan, Seoul. I have made efforts to locate any member of his family since then with strong biological links to my late client without success. The search to find a close relation is one that has consumed time and resources. The institution is asking me to either present a next of kin to late Mr.Mesbahi Waziri or forfeit the deposit. My proposal is to present you as next of kin to Mr.Mesbahi Waziri and process the fixed deposit and transfer custody to you for our mutual benefit. My capacity as solicitor/investment consultant to my late client gives me the discretion to present and transfer the deposit to you. I will give you 20% for your effort, 80% for me. It will amount to injustice if I do not take this decisive step to secure this deposit, and invest it. Late Mr. Mesbahi Waziri was also a friend in addition to our business relationship.
