He has an experience of more than two decades in Leadership Development, HRM, Training, Performance Enhancement Coaching, etc. and has background across wide peripherals including Senior Management of a Fortune 500 company. He has proven expertise of transforming Leaders, based on a foundation of an empowering self belief system, mutual trust, discipline and ownership. Ashish has also undergone face to face coaching with David R?ck. Deepa Vedpathak is a leading Image and Grooming Consultant, Str?ss Management Counseller, NLP Pract?tioner and Training Facilitator. She has a background of global work experience in Passenger Services and Management of Pan American Airways and Gulf Airways. She has more than two decades of experience in Corporate Grooming and Global Business Etiquette including Cross Culture and Dining Etiquette, besides other facets of soft skills. She is a licensed pract?tioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), certified by Richard Bandler, USA, the co-creator of NLP and is a certified Yoga pract?tioner. Her Management educat?on and degree in Psychology in combination with NLP, greatly assists her interactions.
 
Deepa strongly believes that ‘Image’ is an important aspect of career and life building and will help create a niche in the competitive world. She specializes in Image and Grooming Consulting, creating self awareness, conditioning for personal development and adapting to change.
