NEWS: Low light decay, New COB package tech, different from the old package tech.

1, Old COB tech:To reach high Ra>85, add extra Red Phosphors which will quicken light decay and lower the luminous.

2, New COB tech: did not add extra red phosphors,LED Module Inside to avoid the effect of high light decay and enhance luminous.
