Description:

Scanning the market for emerging
solution requirements.

Definition of end to end
integrated solutions in Digital Video Delivery, Content Management, Broadband
Telecommunications Services and Innovative Entertainment
Applications

Interaction with Project Managers
(B) to define new requirements for solutions.

Manage components of the overall
solution, measure up to competitors, evaluate new technologies for adoption

Definition of market introduction
and expansion plans including defining business volume, target customers and
execution plan
-
Working with product development
and integration teams to ensure delivery of planned video applications and
TV-based interactive solutions.

Managing entire solution
lifecycle

Working with Solution Marketing to
develop go-to-market plans and marketing collaterals
B) “Project
Management” Profile
Job
Description:
-
Support interaction with
international customers (Telecom Operators) by defining new revenue
opportunities and requirements for solutions
-
Scanning market for emerging
business opportunities
-
Development of customer specific
triple-play service models
-
Working with worldwide Siemens
regional companies to develop new business opportunities
-
Adapt the existing end to end
solutions in Digital Video Delivery, Contents Management, Broadband
Telecommunications Services and Innovative Entertainment Applications to meet
specific customer project needs
-
Identify customer specific
requirements to be included in the overall solution
-
Working with Product Line
Management (A) and integration teams to ensure delivery of customer specific
applications and solutions
- Managing
entire project lifecycle
Main
Requirements:
-
University Degree, preferably in Computer Science,
Electronics or Technical Communications
-
Deep understanding of
telecommunication services, digital video, application software,
media/contents value chain or emerging technologies.
-
In depth knowledge of Packet
Technologies (such as IP).
-
Capabilities in defining new
applications and solutions
-
Demonstrated creativity and
teamwork
-
Excellent English comprehension,
speaking and writing skills
Optional
Requirements:
-
Experience as a Consultant in of
the following industries: Telecommunications (Fixed, Mobile or Cable), IT,
Entertainment/Consumer Electronics.

In depth technical knowledge of
telecommunication networks and applications/contents delivery
systems
-
Good understanding of modern
software design and architecture
-
Understanding of emerging trends
and technologies
